I love Domino's Pizza. This one in Waltham is exceptional. Whoever runs that place?Runs a good ship ?.They're fast. Like all Domino's. And good ?.But more than that? The employees seemed really Happy. Upbeat. Friendly... I did the pick up at the store.I'm just saying... Maybe it's unimportant to you if the guy making your pizza hates his job. Which generally means you hate your life. At least 40 hours a week you do.Yeah. I'm all set. That's not the guy I want making my pizza.I generally wish all humans happiness. But concerning my pizza? while I was parked in my company car and waited to go inside to order a bite. I noticed that a few youngs work on their vehicles and follow them inward. just seeing these 2 types didn't stop? to wash are they hands?! but are they going right behind the counter to make piazza’s? I saw a woman coming from the office sneezing and coughing, who did not cover her mouth while she went behind the counter to talk to the other? that turned me away from eating there. not one of those who worked there do not wait their hands or put on any gloves to make the piazza? not like the many other institutions that I go too. not worth a star also not a half worth. it is a joke

2.5 hour wait for a pizza the app estimated to arrive at my door in an hour. Store didn't answer the first call to check in/cancel (waited 15 minutes), manager answered the second time (an hour later) with no real excuses and a time estimate that was off by 2x.Pizza arrived cold and undercooked (which makes sense, because it was cooked for over an hour before the delivery person even grabbed it from the store, per the pizza tracker app).I like dominos. I do not recommend this store.

Ordered from here 2 hrs ago and the delivery guy just came saying he couldn't find our order in his bag and left! We called but no one is picking up. ?

literally doesn’t even answer the phone to take your order.
