This New management on point ! Mr Matt made our experience so much better than my closest location at college park. Both places have accidentally messed up our very picky orders but Berwyn heights actually went out their way to fix everything and make it up to my 2 year old. ever since I switched to this location I’ve had zero complaints to give, The quality and customer service is definitely worth the extra drive vs getting delivery by that other location where just the manager alone was always very rude and the deliveries were always hoursss late. Berwyn height’s definitely my fav location to feed my kids ever since !
The pizza arrived more than thirty minutes late, even though the online tracker said it had been delivered. The manager, Matthew, claimed it had been delivered and we had to search for it ourselves. We found it two buildings away - it seemed like the driver had mixed up the addresses. Our order was over $40.00 and had been left in a random hallway for over thirty minutes. The pizza was cold and we didn't receive any compensation for the inconvenience. The quality of the pizza was just okay. This will be our last time ordering from this restaurant.
They have new management and I can truly say that the store is clean, employees are friendly and they were very attentive to make sure that everything in my order was right and satisfactory. I give this store 5 stars! Great job guys!! What a pleasant experience! Food was prepared as ordered and delicious!
Every time I have ordered delivery recently, it has been terrible. My pizza is always cold or undercooked. However, when I pick it up myself, it is made perfectly. Today, I received a pizza that tasted like it had been sitting out all day.

Employee tried to hand me my food after handling very unsanitary looking garbage, without washing hands or wearing gloves. Employee making the pizza was fine. Pizza looks fine.
My order was completely wrong . Been trying to contact the store since Wednesday and they don’t answer.I don’t drive so I can’t go to the actual store. Unacceptable
Don’t recommend at all the company should be shut down how they scammed me for my money and my order never had came smfh.
I love the buttery, garlic crust of your pizza. It is always fresh and the customer service is excellent.

No one in this restaurant wears gloves. It is unhygienic, unsanitary, and unprofessional.
I’m not happy with this store! I order one kid of pizza and they send a different order.
