I had a disappointing experience at Potomac Pizza. The staff was neither helpful nor friendly, and despite the restaurant being empty, the service was lacking. To top it off, we ordered our pizzas to go and drove 30 minutes back to our hotel, only to discover that instead of the gluten-free bacon pizza I ordered, I received a gluten-free broccoli pizza. Seriously, no bacon at all—just broccoli. Very frustrating! Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

My partner specifically ordered a veggie pizza with a gluten-free crust for me, but I received a regular gluten crust instead. Since I had never tried their crust before, I didn't realize the mistake until I had already eaten most of a slice. Now, I'll be feeling ill for the next few days because my food allergy wasn't properly acknowledged. Definitely not gluten-friendly. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch
