Other people always have to ruin it for everyone. My order was messed up last weekend and because the employee that helped me did not mark down my free pizza when they should of since they messed up my order I can't redeem what was honored to me because multiple people call trying to get free pizza? Lol well dominos you lost a loyal customer that actually enjoyed ordering from this branch. Way to stand on your word. Maybe if your employees did their job you wouldn't have so many people calling trying to get free food since you continously mess up orders anyway.
I always try to give this store a chance, but I think tonight was probably the last straw. I don’t understand how on a busy Saturday night I can have my order delivered within the hour, but on some random Wednesday night I wait for 2 hours and end up just having it canceled anyways. Not the first time it’s happened either. I worked here during the pandemic, so I try to imagine what can be going on at that store where it takes 2 hours to NOT make a pizza. The only thing I can come up with is people literally just standing around doing nothing.
Order of pepperoni extreme Pizza they send me an supreme pizza and I also ordered some twisty bread with frosting they didn't send me any frosting so I called them and they said they're too busy to correct my order that I have to just eat it.. I work construction for a living so I order out all the time I will never order from Domino's again

I used the Domino's app to place my order, and it was quick and easy. I opted for pickup, and the staff was friendly. My order was hot and ready when I arrived.
Fixed up a big stack of pizzas from my grandson's birthday party everything was perfect.I always said great luck at the Ramsey store on 167th.
We are usually in for pick up, pizza has always been ready, even if I show up early they will bring it out to my car.
It used to have poor quality and service, but they have made significant improvements recently!
