The tracker indicated that my pizza had sat on the warming rack for 40 minutes. When I called to cancel the order, I was assured that the pizza was fine. It wasn't. Soggy, cold, and late. I left a big tip but the driver was surly.

They never slice the pizza, the pieces are always stuck together, and the staff is rude if you don't tip for take-out

Hold time was 30 minutes and service was horrible very mean and sarcastic on the phone for order and very expensive.
