I attempted to place a curbside order last Sunday at 3:30 PM, but the app indicated that they were closed and only accepting orders for two hours later. This was very frustrating. I called the store, and they confirmed they were open, but I couldn't reach the manager. On Monday, I contacted customer service to file a complaint, and they said someone would get back to me. When I called again on Friday, I was told that management had reached out to me, which was not the case. I’m fed up with this situation. It’s disappointing to see them struggling and closing stores, yet treating customers like this. I won't be waiting for that call. Shame on you for losing another customer.
I had a paprikapfanne and veggie hand sat. the orders were switched over with which I can handle. but then I probably took too long to pick up my order, because they ate discs from my pfeffer chocolate without asking me if I would come to get my order. I had to wait for another to be made and my veggie pizzateig is completely raw. the service at this place is absolutely terrible about it. Zero star if possible.
Terrible experience. I placed an order using the app and called an hour later to check on its status, only to be informed that there wouldn't be any drivers available for another two hours. The person I spoke with on the phone even blamed me, saying I should have called before ordering. I thought Domino's was a delivery service. Clearly, I was mistaken.
they are the people of domino who need to recover. they do not pay for fantastic service or delivery lmao I keep my expectations low, order least amount of toppings, picking only, tip- and it always slaps.

Pizza tracker has been stuck on quality checking for an hour. It’s 2pm on a weekday. I got 3 pizzas. Still waiting for delivery.
It takes 1 hour for them to start making the pizza, another hour for delivery 5mins away.
