Ordered two pizzas at 6:40pm, after half an hour or so they came, both incorrect pizzas. Rang the shop, with no apology they said we had to wait another 30 minutes. Reluctantly we said yes and asked if we could anything added to our order for our inconvenience and having to wait an hour for our order to which we then were told they “can’t do that”. After waiting 40 minutes we ring the shop again, we were told the driver left 8 minutes ago to deliver our order. Waited another 15 minutes, still no order rang back AGAIN, were told “the driver got back 20 minutes ago” they checked and the order had been sent to the wrong address even though we had to repeat this multiple times for us to get our...
Ordered a pizza from this store via the Dominos app. Shows delivery hours until 5am. Order placed at 0315am yet 10 minutes later, the Tracker on the App shows the order cancelled. Tried contacting the store yet phone rings off the hook constantly with no answer. No email from Dominos saying that the order is cancelled payment refunded or anything! I have just left hospital and needed something to eat after being essentially starved whilst in the hospital and consultant dietician telling me that a pizza would be best meal to break the ‘fast’ with, hence the order. Now got to wait 5 working days over New Year/weekends for refund as well as go hungry due to nowhere else open!
I went into the restaurant to pick up my order. The person at the counter seemed to doubt me and grudgingly took my order again. She appeared angry during her interactions with other staff members. She was extremely rude. This happened at 4pm on February 2nd, 2023. I hope she treats her friends better, otherwise she might not have any left. However, she should remember that friends don't pay her salary! I will avoid picking up orders from this store in the future. Hopefully, she is just a temporary staff member.
The restaurant was extremely clean and the pizzas were freshly cooked and easily customizable. They also had a wide variety of affordably priced side dishes. However, the selection of soft drinks was limited. The food was prepared quickly, with an average wait time of about 15 minutes. Customers can keep track of their order's progress on a display screen, which also indicates how much time is remaining.

Ordered the meal deal: 2 medium pizzas and two sides. We ordered two portions of wedges and when we got home, it looked like two half portions of wedges and the pizzas were a little overcooked. This order was a collection and the staff were not very friendly. Had to wait about 5mins to order as the staff were having a general chat and made me wait. Won’t be ordering from this one again.
As per usual had a lovely pizza and chicken side dishes, got 35% off but look at prices and you think good job too. Prefer my chicken cooked a bit more but haho that’s how are ovens set up. Prefer the bbq dip than garlic herb . But really enjoyed it, app was a pain though wouldn’t let me sign in is only complaint. Pizza delivered in time for footy perfect
When I asked for a replacement, the person on the phone hung up on me. I called back to question why they found this acceptable, and all they said was "well, you told me to hurry up." Very rude. There was no apology. However, the delivery driver was polite and efficient, so I am giving one point for him and one point for the consistency of Domino's pizza.
prices have sky rocketed and dominoes now think £5 pounds of ingredients and 15 mins in the oven is worth TWENTY THREE BRITISH POUNDS. DAY LIGHT ROBBERY NEVER USING THEM AGAIN

As you would expect with a Dominos the food was a good quality and a good price through one of their deals. Friendly service and seen to quickly.
Has 2 pizzas delivered and they was really dry it was like eating cheese on toast. Iv had better frozen ones! Not worth the money!
