I called in to order food to my job. He asked which side was they to drop it off to East or West, I asked Tito to hold on and instead of him waiting for me to find out he is rudely yelling n my ear HELLO HELLO HELLO HELLO, I informed him he don't have to do all that yelling in my ears. I hung up stating I don't want the pizza anymore and hung up Tito the Manager calls me back off the store phone to call me a HOOD RAT, Very unprofessional Rude and should be shut down for good or ran by someone that's not as nasty and rude to people that choose to eat there.
Had a great experience ordering through the app. Redeemed my free pizza and ordered an additional pizza and drink. Process on a Sunday on a holiday, was simple. The pizza arrived very quickly and hot.I was surprised given all the reviews and then I realized unfortunately these reviews are probably biased because those that had good experiences probably dont leave positive reviews.Hope more people give this location a try and if you had a decent experience please leave a review!Thank you for the fast delivery and hot pizza guys and keep up the good work!
They called me a several times a hour later to tell me I needed to spend $2 extra. I told them I’ll pay any fees and they they said I could add a soda for $4 and then said they could do it for $5 . I completely understand the cost of bussiness but one hour later to try and negotiate isn’t acceptable.
