They have gone downhill fast. When they first built and moved to this location from their old location, it was really good. My wife and I would do a cheap date night where we'd order a pizza, get drinks from Walgreens next door, and eat in the car and just talk. Now the last three pizzas have been bland with not much sauce. This past Saturday afternoon after running an errand I redeemed points for a free pizza and got their new five cheese dip and parmesan bread twists and took them home. dreadful and I mean terrible service. the workers there hang on customers when they check on their food. we were here from the city and ordered pizza and it took two hours to get our pizza. they were very rude when we called, checked and saw how much longer it would be. I asked for the name and number of general manager, and I was hung up again. how is this place still open? not only are they rude, our eating was cold and our order was completely different from what we ordered. the driver named gilbert was very polite. Pizza was wrong as far as Toppings, called to let them know, took a picture and sent it to them. While talking to someone, In the background could hear the guy who probably made the Pizza saying; When you modify a Pizza that much it's going to be messed up First: of all RUDE! Second: That's the job, when people pay and order something that's what they deserve to get, what they paid and ordered. Third: The customer shouldn't be made to feel bad because the Employee can't understand simple instructions to accomplish their job. my fiancée last night ordered a pizza on 04/26/22. there was a rock-hard object that looked like one of the black olives. the object broke her tooth so that she immediately called the load. no answer. Today was called back and the manager rushed them out and said we were looking for a scary. repeatedly disturbed her and said he would call the bulls if we called this place again. Corporate will hear from us next.
