I feel this Domino's location doesn’t meet the expected standards. The staff appears unable to follow straightforward instructions. I ordered a pizza with sausage, pepper, and onion, but received a plain one instead. On top of that, my cheesy bread wasn’t even sliced. I've called several times to request a refund for the extra toppings charge, but haven’t had any success. This has been my worst experience at a Domino's. Over the past three months, I’ve ordered here several times, and never once has my order been correct. Domino's might want to consider introducing a basic skills test for their employees.
I don’t understand the negative reviews about this place. I’ve always experienced excellent service, top-quality food, and prompt delivery, along with great customer support and friendly delivery drivers. My orders always arrive hot and tasty. People should keep in mind that during the pandemic, the staff was likely handling a huge number of orders. Patience and kindness really go a long way. Thank you to everyone at the Atlantic Highlands location—you’re all amazing, and I truly appreciate your hard work! As usual, my meal tonight was delicious!
I placed an order for delivery and received a call around the scheduled time letting me know that it would take another hour. They suggested that I come pick it up instead, which was frustrating because I specifically chose delivery for a reason. I’ve had my fill of this Domino’s—actually, I might be done with Domino’s altogether. There's always some issue with this location. I recommend looking elsewhere for your food.
We waited nearly two hours for our pizza, and when we contacted the restaurant, we received no explanation or resolution. The delivery driver was rude and appeared unhappy with their job. While I can understand that, I would suggest picking up your order instead of opting for delivery.

Many customers often complain about delivery fees and feel uneasy about a 17-year-old delivering their orders. However, why not simply pick up your pizza yourself? Overall, Domino's Pizza offers a fantastic experience, and their menu has something for everyone.
I'm about 5 miles from this location, 6 miles from Long Branch, and 4.5 miles from Red Bank, yet none of them will deliver to me because I'm outside the delivery zone. Can someone explain why it’s set up this way?
The experience is fantastic now! The staff is wonderful, and I really enjoy the new improvements at this location. I definitely recommend checking out the revamped Domino's!
The pizzas are outstanding; I really like how they always bake them to perfection.
