If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Domino’s. The staff were extremely rude and canceled our order without any warning. When we asked about it, the server bluntly said, "Oh, I’m going to say no," falsely accusing us of placing a duplicate order. There were no double orders at all! The server came to the door to explain but didn’t even ask for our name to confirm the order. It was obvious this was a complete mess. Save your time and money and avoid this place!
After I mentioned escalating the issue to higher management, the call was abruptly ended. The staff later called me back to inform me they were out of my requested drink, but I still wanted my pizza. I was quite disappointed with the customer service, especially since I chose Domino's for its reputation of being fast and convenient. Honestly, I could have made a gourmet meal faster and with less hassle. Although the delivery driver was pleasant, overall, I was left very unsatisfied with the service.
I had ordered pepperoni pan and veggie hand tossed. The orders were switched around which i can deal with. But then i guess i took too long to pick my order up because they ate slices out of my pepperoni pizza without even calling me to ask if i wascoming to get my order. I had to wait for another to be made and my veggie pizza dough is completely raw. The service at thislocation is absolutely awful ontop of it. Zero stars if it was possible.
This dominos provided the worst service I have ever experienced. The store was open until 10 pm but doors were locked at 9 pm. Staff member was very rude and told us our order was cancelled because we ordered twice. He did not ask the name or the order and was one of the most rudest staff member I have ever encountered. I will never go to this location ever again and they should definetely reconsider the staff they employ.

At first, I was skeptical about ordering from a chain pizza restaurant, but I was pleasantly surprised by the food quality! During my initial visit, the place was clearly short-staffed, yet they still delivered tasty pizzas and kept a friendly demeanor with every customer, effectively catering to hungry guests. Tonight, I’m unsure about their staffing, but their professionalism and kindness continue to shine!
I needed a last-minute dinner spot for my kids, and the woman working at Domino's Pizza was amazingly helpful, ensuring we were attended to immediately. Our food arrived promptly, and she even played children's songs to keep the kids entertained while we waited!
it?s DOMINO?s people need to chill. You?re not paying for fantastic service or delivery lmao I keep my expectations low, order least amount of toppings, pickup only, TIP- and it always slaps.
Domino's Pizza is our go-to restaurant. We always receive outstanding service from the whole team.
