Our order arrived very late, and we were informed that it was due to a driver issue. When the pizza finally got here, it was cold. When we tried to call back, our call was just hung up on. If there are problems with your delivery drivers, maybe you shouldn't be taking delivery orders. It's clear that our pizza had been sitting for a while instead of being made fresh to ensure we received it hot.
This location has redeemed itself a little bit to me after having waited for over 3 hours for my order. I would have canceled, but there were children who were expecting pizza. Spoke to Terry, the manager, and we discovered the error, and he did his best to rectify the situation. The next visit, in person, went much smoother.
No greetings From the cashier. She was more focus in using her personal Phone rather than provide Customer service. She charged me and after 5 minutes had to reminded her to give me the products I purchased. Dominos needs to set rules on employees and not allow the constant use of their employees personal phone!!!

I am a Vegetarian. Once before there was bacon in my pizza. So, I called and asked for fresh cheese, After my 1st slice I noticed a thumb size piece of bacon on my pizza. I am upset. Now I have to drive back up there. Thus, my whole dinner is messed up. I have to stop my show, burn my gas, This sucks,
The staff was polite, the restaurant was clean, and the pizza was hot and ready when I arrived for pickup. However, they need more employees to handle phone calls, as I had to hang up and call back multiple times.
