Met my sister for a few drinks the first week of August 2023. Suddenly the ceiling started to leak badly over my sister, and she got wet. We had just paid our bill and were getting ready to leave so my sister got on the other side of me and was standing while I was taking my last sips. The manager comes over and says to us, Get your stuff and move I am closing this side of the bar. I finished my drink and got up and we left. What kind of training does this rude manager have? Not that anyone at this place cares but I got here after work about 924pm. It is now 953. Sat at the bar in the corner because there was no where to sit, it's a Friday night. There were 2 bartenders, one with 2 tone hair and long nails and the other with braids. Neither one of them said anything to me to even just acknowledge me or to even just get a glass of water and a menu. So I just walked out at 10:10p. Businesses want us to frequent the businesses in our neighborhoods but with service like this, is why we don't and would rather go to the other neighborhoods. If I could give zero stars I would. I pulled up around 7:10 and was able to get seated immediately as all the tables around us in the section were empty. However after being seated, no one ever arrived to take our order. Waited for around 20 minutes with no sign of a waiter or waitress to so much as take a drink order before we decided to just go eat elsewhere. Though there were many servers wandering around various other parts of the restaurant.
I was charged a service charge that was not explained at all. I did not bring anything to the restaurant for this birthday party for my year old son I am extremely upset about receiving this fee of to my bill I have called the corporate customer service to complain about this unexplained fee service charge for what!!! I paid for the food, I paid the state tax and I paid a tip so the server. I want this service charge refunded to my debit card .

Ordered the burger from here Saturday night. Had a craving. The burger def slapped. Only critique I'd have is I wish they added more sauce to the burger. And make the fries a little crispier. Other than that service was well as my food was delivered in good condition. Can't speak to the ambiance since it was delivery. But overall I was satisfied.
I ordered food from here and I didn't get what I ordered I show up to talk to the manager and she was acting like I didn't know what I was talking about.
Food is pretty decent, nothing bad but acceptable as always. Usually understaffed but they get the job done. Good neighborhood environment. Good music
Our hostess Britney was GREAT! She went above and beyond to make my daughters Birthday a good one! The food and service was great! Will be back soon!

The wings are small and dehydrated and most of the food is dry. I will never dine here again.
Love the location. The food was cooked perfect. The service was great. No complaints.
