The online ordering process appears straightforward, but they do not clearly indicate which pizza toppings are gluten-free. Our pizzas were ready for pickup in under 30 minutes, even during the busy Lents season. They were thoughtfully assembled and looked fantastic. However, the regular red sauce was overly sweet and lacked seasoning. The gluten-free crust was quite good, but the regular hand-tossed crust could use a longer baking time as it was a bit too soggy.
I recently ordered what was advertised as the $19.99 special, but my total came out to over $40.00. Beware of the $19.99 promotion because that's not what you actually receive. I was informed that the pan pizza I chose was more expensive, but the advertisement doesn't specify that it has to be hand-tossed—it clearly states two pizzas for $6.99 each. I'm really frustrated with companies that take advantage of their customers like this.
Our order was incorrect, and we discovered it when we got home after picking it up. Since we live only about five minutes away, it wasn’t a major issue. The staff was very polite and sincerely apologized for the mix-up. One of our pizzas had been accidentally swapped with a delivery order, but they quickly replaced it without any hesitation.

This location is really disappointing! We've given it multiple chances, but they never answer the phone. I just ordered online, and it took 70 minutes to receive my order, only to find that one pizza was missing. There were only two pizzas, and the delivery person just left them at the door without even knocking or ringing the bell.
DoorDash is definitely quicker. Each time I order from this place, the delivery takes an eternity. On my last order, I received a notification saying the driver had left the store, but the pizza didn’t arrive until 45 minutes later. On another occasion, they even delivered pizza without any sauce.
We ordered delivery an hour before close.... The order never came, and they refunded the order without any communication. No email to say that the order was canceled... just a tracking email that said order to be delivered in 30 minutes....
I ordered a pizza last night and it just never showed up. I tried calling the store multiple times for hours and no answer......they took the points from my account and said it delivered but it never did.

Very bad experience. Place the order at 6.45 pm and food hasn’t delivered till 8.25pm . Try to call the phone never picked up for past 30 minutes. Never ever order from this again. Worst experience ever.
UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. IM WARNING!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOU MONEY TO GO IN DUMB.
