Terrible service and the worst product! Today, I ordered a Brooklyn style pizza from this location. The website said it would be ready in 10 minutes, but when I arrived after that time, they told me I still had to wait another 10 minutes because it wasn’t ready. They kept calling me "boss" in a very disrespectful tone. I had other items in my order, and I was almost about to leave with just the pizza when I had to remind them about the garlic dip and beverage, yet they charged me $16 anyway. The pizza was drenched in oil and tasted awful! I usually order from this store because the pizzas are generally good, but I won’t be ordering from here again and definitely won’t recommend this location...
The chicken was raw and the pizza was undercooked, so I had to finish cooking it myself in the oven. They promised to replace the wings, but it's been two and a half hours, nearly midnight, and when I called, they said they had just put in a fresh batch. These incompetent employees should be fired. I also filed a claim through the app and rejected their offer. I just want a refund—why would I want more disgusting, uncooked food?
The restaurant either burns your pizza or forgets the toppings altogether. They never put on enough toppings. For instance, if you request pineapple, they’ll only add five small pieces to the entire pizza, making it feel like you ordered just a cheese pizza. Save your money and skip the toppings!
The staff on duty are consistently rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. They openly discriminated against a Black customer and refused to serve them, responding in a shocking manner. Truly disappointing. Union Dominions is a far better option.

They always forget to include the sodas with my delivery, and I have to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to bring it. There have also been times when I've ordered hot wings, and they arrive only partially cooked.
