I just had pizza from this store and an extra topping I paid for was forgotten BUT I then had a really good experience with this store. I initially left feedback on the app but then decided to call them. They were really lovely and apologetic and said they would send out another pizza with the extra topping on it. When it was delivered, the guy apologised again and said he had made the original pizza. I really appreciate the effort they went to not just to fix the problem, but to own the mistake. On top of that, pizza was super fresh and delicious. I’ll continue to order from them!
I was very disappointed with the quality of my order. The upper layer of my pizza was overwhelmed by a soggy salad—who puts salad on pizza? To make matters worse, there was an excessive amount of raw tomato sauce on top when I was expecting a paste-like sauce as part of the cooking process. It felt like a very lazy, unappetizing pizza overall. Additionally, I ordered a Pepsi Max and received a regular sugar-filled Pepsi instead, which was a letdown. For $40, I expected much better. I won't be coming back again.
on the 2nd March 22 I had the highest veg pizza at 10:55 a.m., shortly after eating pizza I felt a bite, the pain was extremely heavy that I landed in the sick house. after all test report and dr. said it was pizza that I had caused this severe pain. I couldn't feel my breath right until I gave this pizza with the help of medications in the hospital. that is the worst pizza and the worst night of my life, I usually eat veg pizza, but felt everything so, it could be unhygienic or something she could in that.
Chris. Mate. What have you done?! This is absolutely amazing! I walked about 5 minutes home and it was still crispy! This honestly really is the best thin n crispy pizza I have had in so long. It didn't take long at all for me to devour this pizza. I stood at the designated yellow line waiting to be served. I'd ordered and paid online, just had to collect.2 men pushed in front of me going right up to the counter and were served before me. They both had to pay for their orders. According to my google timeline i was in the store for 7 minutes. Which considering i was next in line when i entered the store, is ridiculous.Pay attention people!
I've visited this restaurant multiple times and have consistently enjoyed excellent customer service from the entire staff, along with some of the best pizzas I've had at Domino's. I would also like to give a special mention to Chris for his outstanding service every time I come in.
