Domino's Pizza Cuiabá

On 04/26/2024, I went to buy a pizza, placed the order and paid at 7:40 pm, the attendant said it would be ready in 20 minutes, I arrived after the minutes the employee said, I asked if it was ready and the pizza said no. I stood there watching and noticed the employees talking and I saw that I hadn't sent my order to production. They kept whispering, the employee tried to disguise it to send the pizza to production. Afterwards, I became a laughing stock and the employees made fun of me. I left there so as not to lose my reason. Terrible, if the owner doesn't observe the types of employees who work in his company, he will take the company down the drain. Another point I came across in this company was when I entered, the employees looked like they were in a bar talking loudly, they weren't even calling customers...... It was probably at this point that they didn't put my order into production. Service: 1

I placed the order at 7:20 pm and at 9:20 pm, after calling for the second time, they informed me that the pizza wasn't even out for delivery. The first time I called 1 hour after placing the order, they told me that it would arrive at my house in 30 minutes. I understand that unforeseen events can happen and I don't see a problem with that, but when it happens the right thing to do is to notify the customer, not leave them waiting for hours without knowing what is #happening. Disappointed.. I bought a giga pizza, the most expensive of all, and the dough looked like a sheet of paper because it was so thin, and I asked for traditional dough.. If the traditional one came like this, I don't even want to see the thin dough, it will certainly come in paper movie.!! Disappointed, I felt injured by the store!!
