Impossible to order by phone it was necessary to create an account (more) and do it online so we didn’t have an hour to pick them up. Pizza really mediocre! We used to go to St Jean de Braye (51) they were delicious. Those of Villefranche were too salty tomato sauce, the filling was non-existent. The visual was absolutely non-compliant with the photo. Many kitchen staff who did not wear any masks in this period of Covid. It was screaming in every direction. Terribly disappointed! We won't go back!
Despite a welcoming, dynamic staff, we found a manager, reluctant, aggressive, too directive that spoke to his team in an irrespective way. It was intolerable. In addition, the latter was touching everything and then was going to put his dictator hands in the pizzas. Unsustainable atmosphere. I thought my pizza was going to fly through the restaurant and up to the manager’s head. After a very painful exchange with her we left and we will never put a foot there again.
Too much waiting, no gesture, the customer relationship is to be revisited. Despite a kind delivery staff, on-site staff is reviewing. Finding an apology is not valid we can all make mistakes...
Pizzas was good is the time respect very well welcomed nothing to say to thank you because all the restaurants were compiling is we were happy to find pizza at 9 pm ready in 15 minute

I called 3 times in the week for a delivery every time I was refused because more than an hour of waiting! , ineligible that such a “great sign” is no more a pounder!

Pizzas not cooked, no flavors, wait too long. Run, I took a banana dessert in pizza dough and in it it is not cooked, the dough is raw! Horrible
A shame!!! The chief speaks very badly to his workers, speaks badly to the customers, otherwise the employees are at the top!!!
