Ich möchte meine Erfahrung mit dem Empfang in diesem Betrieb teilen. Die Frau an der Rezeption zeigt leider ein völlig unangemessenes Verhalten. Sie behandelt sowohl Kunden als auch Essenslieferanten mit Verachtung, Arroganz und einem deutlichen Mangel an Respekt. Ihr Auftreten vermittelt das Gefühl, dass die Menschen vor ihr weder Wertschätzung noch Höflichkeit verdienen. Ein solches Verhalten schadet dem Image des Unternehmens erheblich und schafft eine sehr unangenehme Atmosphäre. Unabhängig von der Qualität der Dienstleistungen oder Produkte ist der Empfang ein wesentlicher Bestandteil – und hier besteht eindeutig Verbesserungsbedarf. Relatively cheap, food is pre-prepared so it’s very quick action to get something to eat. In terms of taste nothing exceptional it’s taste ok.
delivery went fast and was very friendly. eating was very good, but with eur 6 delivery fees ew not so interesting
