Don Leone - Reservar una mesa

I had recently dinner here with a friend. We had two mains (risotto of the day and lasagne). As an Italian,I am disappointed to say this is not nearly Italian food though. The risotto wasn 't a real one,it was pilaf rice with mixed ingredients. The lasagna was clearly heated in the microwave (the platter was burnt and piping hot,as well as the content) and it was an indistinct 'mappazzone ' to quote Masterchef. The only good aspects were the very good wine selection and the the courtesy of the staff. Definitely not recommended if you want to have a taste of authentic Italian food.

Just had lunch at this restaurant. The pasta was delicious and the service was great. Only sorry we didn't leave a tip, forgot to bring any cash. We didn't eat the special offer menu so with drinks and ice cream, coffee etc the bill came to 38.00 for two. We thought that was good. It is the second visit and the food was very nice both times.

Nice food. Used to be slightly better a few years ago but would recommend nevertheless. Nice place for a cosy date.

They were friendly and service fine, but poor food for an Italian restaurant, lacked seasoning flavour.
