I used to get the breakfast burrito here, it was one of the only places with an online ordering option (that isn't through grubhub or doordash with inflated prices) that had a decent breakfast burrito. I always order ahead for pickup, I'm often ordering while working and using a break to grab and run. I despise calling and trying to place an order, and I refuse to order through DD or GH where they charge the restaurant insanely high fees for using the service, even for pickup, and the prices get inflated to cover that. For the last 3 weeks at least, they've still got the link to their online ordering on the website but you can't place an order it always says there's no connection to the rest...

If you’re in a rush, and you wanna order ahead, big mistake they answer the phones, but put on a hold for the longest time sometimes even hang up on you when they answer the phones I guess they really don’t care about selling i get it , it get busy but to hang up someone or just have them waiting for more than 10 mins ill rather just go in instead whats the point in having to order ahead if you cant even order ahead

This is my go to spot for breakfast burritos in Salem. Great food, great prices, great service. It’s always busy but they have their process down, so no matter how busy they are, you’re getting your order in a reasonable amount of time.

We have been visiting different Mexican restaurants. Don Pedro Mayor is right up there with others. The decor, atmosphere, and friendly service add to the experience!

They have the best taquitos and guacamole. The fresh torillas and very kind staff. Number 1 place for excellent Mexican food. 10 stars.

One of the better Mexican food places in Salem, not perfect. Always has a bitter smell, would recommend ordering to go.

The chicken was tuff, over cooked. I took it home and my husband said the same thing, through it out.
