Don Tequila Mexican

Hola Amiga! I have never met anyone that doesn't absolutely adore Mexican food. Don tequila may be my favorite mexican food in buffalo. It's very authentic and I haven't had a thing I don't like here. Let me start off by saying, when you come here you immediately feel like you've taken a trip to Mexico. The atmosphere is so welcoming and the staff is always so friendly. I always start off my meal with a margarita, I love their classic! I love a good sour drink and this one is it. My best friend loves the raspberry, so if you prefer sweet over sour I'd opt for one of their fruity flavors. I got the enchiladas supreme and that was such a good choice! There was a lot to love about this place... Very friendly wait staff, clean and roomy, nice mixed crowd of people, many margarita choices, large menu with lots of variety, all the Mexican favorites! What's not to like- drinks took a loooong time to arrive and sort of trickled in, a couple here and a couple there... we had to ask several times for a glass of beer; we thought the drinks took a long time, but the food seemed to take years to arrive.... one out did arrive, a few of the orders were not as requested... the friendly servers apologized and brought corrected dishes soon after. The food was tasty and somewhat generously portioned. Did it taste authentic? I don't know having never been...

Six stars! God the food here is amazing! My buddy and I have determined this to be our favorite Mexican in Buffalo and maybe ever. We love to get the molcajete (spelling? a giant caldron of meat, vegetables, and delish whenever we come. The house salsa and queso are fantastic and they make some damn good margaritas as well! Service is always great and the pricing isn't bad either. They're usually fairly busy given their location on Allen so you may want to call in advance for a reservation. Love this place and I can't wait to visit again yummy!!

I visited this restaurant on a Saturday night for a quick bite to eat. I had never tried Mexican food before, except for tacos. I didn't have enough time to try an entree because of time constraints. I only waited about 2 minutes for a table. They give you a complimentary order of salsa and chips before you even order. Our food arrived quickly and the atmosphere was pleasant, with music playing and good vibes. They have off-street parking available, but it is limited.

Been coming here for years but not for a while. Stopped by for breakfast. I had the chorizo and scrambled eggs that came out with refried beans,rice and corn tortillas. The breakfast hit the spot adding spice with habanero green and red sauce kicks it up nicely. M The restaurant was crowded today because of the st patties parade but the kitchen managed my order quickly. The bartender was helpful in choosing my breakfast choices.

I loved this place! Relatively inexpensive meal that brought me back to my childhood favorite in Smithtown on Long Island Casa Margarita I hope to enjoy my combination plate with a Cuba Libre weekly! Thumbs Up!

The staff at this restaurant is extremely slow. It took them forever to come take my order, I could have passed out chips and salsa to everyone in the restaurant and bar by the time they got to me.

We absolutely adore this casual bar and restaurant. The dishes are generous, tasty, and affordable. It's the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy a drink, and savor some delicious Mexican cuisine.

We had the best dinner and very best waitress (Noeli). She was so friendly and accommodating. Food was great along with the Margaritas! Thanks Noeli, you made our night great!

I had their loaded nachos delivered and I have no complaints! Really tasty, warm, great refried beans too
