Donatos Pizza - Reserva de mesa

I placed an online order just before 10:30 and received a call three minutes later informing me that they wouldn’t deliver my order because it was past 10:30. The manager was unhelpful and canceled my order because I couldn't pick it up myself. She was very rude and dismissive. When I asked to speak with the general manager during their next shift, she refused, stating that the only way to reach the GM was to keep calling until someone answered. She even encouraged me to file a complaint online, saying that she wouldn’t assist me further. I went ahead and filed a complaint. I'm also leaving this review. We usually order online without any issues, but tonight was very disappointing.

I've always enjoyed the pizza here, especially since I started my new job and discovered some new flavors. However, today was especially tough, so when I finally got home, I decided to order pizza for my family. It was a great choice—no cooking and easy cleanup! The delivery person who brought my pizza tonight was a true gem. A very kind young man with a heart of gold. He mentioned that he hopes to deliver to me regularly from now on. Big shoutout to Donatos for having such wonderful staff!

Nostalgia washed over me as I reminisced about the years I opened several Donatos locations in Atlanta, 17 years ago. I really missed Donatos. The managers and staff were wonderful to talk to, and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

I absolutely love their pizza! If you're someone who prefers a low-carb diet like I do, you'll appreciate that their pizza features a very thin crust, which helps to keep the carbohydrate count low. Reserva una mesa ahora

Expensive, but honestly one of the best pizzas I've ever had!!! Very Veggie and Margherita. Delicious!!! Update: Still great!!! Had the Thin Crust Veggie Pizza. Delicious!!! I ????

Great spot for pizza if you enjoy thin crust! Just a heads up, they no longer offer the buffet on Tuesday evenings. The dining area is clean and well-maintained.
