you left me! I was at work and decided to get donatos. I put a delivery order. I had no money, so I paid my card when I placed the order. there was the opportunity to give a tip. I thought that was better because I had no money. So I gave a $4 tip. When the supplier came, he gave me my reception for me to sign me. I pulled a line through the drink money because I already tipped it. he got crazy and started screaming me by pulling a line through the top. when I could explain to him, I had already paid the tipp online when I first ordered him to scream and tell me I didn't. my coworkers and I were not just shocked, but I was embarrassed and really upset. I wouldn't have given him a star. I think it's crazy that the employees are standing out and sitting around the chat in the lobby all night, then the closing driver will make all the closing obligations, instead of helping on. I call the load to let the father of my child know that our son was brought from manhood to the sick house because he is really sick and he is not even able to come with him, but then he is not able to get us and take us home because he has to do all the closing procedures before he can go because everyone else is busy chatting. Got the works pizza and a Italian sub on Fri Jan 21st at 3pm placed order earlier in the day. Got it home was the worst pizza we have ever gotten there. I'm telling you mushrooms were burnt black and the onions were cut into quarters and thrown on it. It was not pleasing to the eye or much for eating. I was very disappointed!The eatery places in Springfield have gotten terrible, might as well try making new recipes at home!Ruth
Ordered pizza and subs for work at 11:00am to be delivered for lunch at 12:00pm. Here it is 2:00pm still no food. We finally got our food at 2:30pm lunch was over at 12:30. This Donatos was on North Limestone St in Springfield Ohio. No sorry we were late. No sorry we will give you a discount. So guess what Donatos we will go else where. Never use you again. Our order was over $65.00.

I like this donatos better than the one on Burnett. The staff was friendly efficient and the restaurant was clean. I live further away from this donatos but I’ve never had a problem whenever we have come here to pick up. A pizza. Best one in Springfield
