Head to the downtown location if you want great customer service and an enjoyable experience. Service was the worst here than I've ever had anywhere. From the start to end of our dining experience, we didn't receive a single thing without asking. We seated ourselves, asked to order after waiting 30 minutes, asked for utensils, tongs/scissors, the bill, and takeout containers. Not to mention, we got our water halfway through dinner. Overall look and feel was excellent. Service was great but I would have enjoyed it alot more if I would have gotten my food at the same time as the person I was with. Their food came and I sat waiting while they ate. Then one of the employees comes out after what felt like forever to tell me the chef had made the wrong dish so they were now just starting on my dish. By the time my food arrived my friend was already finished eating. And the wait was so long I kinda filled up on our appetizers while waiting. Don't get me wrong the food was awesome but I was very displeased with timing.
Everything tasted really great and I enjoyed everything they had! I even loved their side dishes! The service was really kind too and the owner would talk and check in with the tables to make sure everything is going alright. The only small issues is at first it was a bit confusing with the different menus and where you can sit. Also be aware they do charge a service fee, which is understandable but the final price here may come out to be pretty high.

I would not recommend this restaurant. The prices are very high, especially considering the small portions of meat and mediocre taste. Additionally, an automatic 18% gratuity is added for parties of 5 or more, regardless of the service quality. The waiters are friendly, but it seems they all share tables so there is no dedicated service. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not worth the cost. I suggest looking elsewhere for Korean BBQ.
I absolutely adore this restaurant! The food was delicious, the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive (especially because we ordered the Korean BBQ), and very helpful. The BBQ was entertaining and we can't wait to try the next hot pot. It's a bit crowded though, as many people left soon after we arrived. I definitely recommend this place and will definitely be back soon!
Amazing food! A little research is needed to be done prior to going, so I can see why there may have been negative reviews for those who didn't know what to expect. We did ayce Korean and sushi...the food was phenomenal. I lived in Korea for a year and it was like I got to visit again! Just order sparingly as the plates were large. A must have experience!!
The food was delicious and came out quickly that I even forgot to take photos of my untouched plate! The service was excellent and the restaurant was quiet on a week night. Although it was a bit pricey for the quality of food, the atmosphere was great and the taste was solid. The customer service was also outstanding.

I have some quick sushi withdrawal. the quality was fresh and good. I ordered 2 roll and got the wrong roll for one of them. I also ordered the affenhirn appetizer (sleep fried avocado filled with spicy thunfish, crabs and cream cheese (although I did not see, provided it was mixed with the cream cheese)
Love this restaurant. GREAT FOOD AND REALLY NICE STAFF.
