I don't recommend them if you're looking for a place to spend some quality time with your loved ones. I guess the management has changed coz I never had such an appalling service in the last 2 years at this place. Basic hygiene such as...clean cutlery, table napkins and hot food doesn't exist here. Find some other place during festive season or special occasions as here you'll receive nothing but excuses that we've been very busy so we couldn't provide you clean dishes and fresh food. Better shut it down during busy periods and avoid customers from being disappointed. Ruined my valentine's day this year. Should do TAKE AWAY ONLY. No customer service attiquetes. Pathetic pathetic service.

We need to be blamed for going back even after having a couple of bad experiences. Service is shoddy at best. Food breakdown: Pani puri non palatable reeked of some horrible smell. Mini idlis really stale. Sambar vada nauseously sour. Two of the...four seriously overcooked. Hara bhara dosa just ok. Cheese masala dosa no palatable. Gobhi manchurian amazingly good. Sweet corn soup nice. Paneer tikka hard to bite, firm to hard consistency. Mu only suggestion it would be a good idea for the chest to taste what he is cooking before serving to poor customers. Ruined our evening completely. Never ever again.

We as tourist wanted to experiment Dosa Plaza's buffet lunch. It costs Aus$10.50. But, the quality is terrifying and the spread is minimal. They had just three curries, one being Indo Chinese dish. The taste was awful and watery. You have to ask for Nan...and they give it to you as if they are doing charity. Add to our woes, my wife ordered for Vada which was half baked and black in color clearly indicating that it is a old stuff just heated for the order. Over all, we warn future customers as to what to expect? Thier qulity and quantity is gone downhill to make money fast.

the menu has a lot of dressing with merge to choose. from the South Indian cuisine are dosa’s good, but sambhar is made from a premix! that tastes terrible. the earlylingsrolle dosa is pretty good a hit with children. the place has. in relation to the service. the employees look uninterested. once, when we asked for a crippled water, the glasses we gave were grimy. her Pav-bhaji wiper tikka does not taste too bad. cauliflower manchurian is another good dish I liked. I visited the restaurant for their midday buffet and was disappointed to find frozen vegetables and poorly prepared curries. When I complained, the staff simply replied that there was nothing wrong. However, I realized that the mistake was mine for returning there. During my previous visit, the dosa and kartoffels had a strange odor and were not appetizing at all. I would not recommend dining at this restaurant.

A very full menu and popular. Simple food and much of it of reasonable quality. However I ordered a thali. The paneer and vegetable curry were unacceptably sweet, loaded with sugar. This is my most detested issue with Asian food in Sydney whether Indian or...Thai. Turns potentially good food into sickly sludge. Chefs, mains are not a dessert! Little wonder so many people are getting diabetes.

Dirty utensils, with visible lipstick marks, and low-quality food. I have never witnessed a restaurant using frozen vegetables in their dishes before. I highly doubt that they prepare meals fresh to order. When questioned about why they use frozen vegetables, they replied that they have been doing so for three years. I will not be returning.

We tried masala dosa, chats and Indochinese schezwan noodles and Gobi manchurian, every dish was yummy, we specially enjoyed the noodles ad manchurian! best we have had in sydney so far! dosa, vada every dish was good, service is fast and efficient. its my...go to place from now! Very understanding staff I have on multiple occasions placed order prior to our arrival and they have served on time. Value for money Affordable and can try multiple items from the menu w/out breaking the bank.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The mysore masala dosa was disappointing, as it seemed like the chef only had basic cooking skills.
