So reliably delicious and consistent! I have eaten Double Decker pizza since moving to Media PA several years ago with my then-girlfriend-now-wife. I was a pizza chef in a previous life, tossing dough by hand and sweating it out by the ovens for years in New Hampshire's Ramuntos Brick Oven Pizza franchise. I have high standards for the pizza I eat and while DD doesn't serve the thin crust I am usually accustomed to, their pan-style is second-to-none in the area. Not all Double Deckers are created equal. Ordered takeout from this one tonight and when we came to pick up our food they forgot to cook our pizza! Was told it would be about 10-15 minutes so we decided to wait for it. I thought they could havediscounted it for their mistake but didn't. I also got a chicken quesadilla because the last one I had from the Ridley Parklocation was really good. However the one I got from here was sad, hardly any cheese or chicken. Also fries were soggyprobably because we had to wait an extra 15 mins for our pizza. The prices are high for the quality of food that you get. Probably won't be ordering from this location again.

They said it would take about 10-15 minutes, so we decided to wait. I was hoping for some compensation for the mistake, but nothing was offered. I also ordered a chicken quesadilla because the one from the Ridley Park location was excellent, but this one was disappointing—barely any cheese or chicken. The fries were soggy after waiting an extra 15 minutes for the pizza. Considering the high prices, the quality just didn’t measure up. I probably won’t be ordering from here again.
I tried this place out for the first time, they are known for their inside out pizza, and let me tell you, it was fantastic! You can choose between baked or fried; fried is the way to go! One fried pizza slice is enough to fill a full-grown adult. They have a fantastic cannoli menu, which are also amazing! The staff was very friendly and fast! I would highly recommend checking this place out. The outside doesn't look like much, but it's nice inside. They also do have curbside pickup options, and fyi not all of their menu is posted on the Slice app, you'll have to go on their website.

I asked for an inside out pizza light mushrooms fried. Picked it up and on my way home I noticed it wasn?t fried. It was definitely baked. If I wanted a Stromboli I would have ordered one. It was huge, all dough, and it burst open. The little bit ofcheese, sauce, and mushrooms inside spilled out. What a waste of money? This was an epic fail. I will never order this again.The best inside out pizza came from Florida Style in south Philly which is now closed. Double decker should reach out to themfor assistance, because this isn?t it.
I ordered a pizza with fried mushrooms from Double Decker Pizza, but when I got home, I found it was baked instead. The pizza was very doughy and overloaded with cheese, sauce, and mushrooms. I was disappointed and felt it wasn’t worth the money. Their menu could definitely use some improvements. I used to prefer the inside-out pizza from Florida Style in South Philly, which sadly is now closed. Double Decker Pizza should take notes from them on how to make a truly great pizza.
Delivery is always super quick even on Friday and Saturday nights they definitely don?t keep you waiting. Food is always good, everything is always consistent I love that they have so many choices and will make anything to order they allow you tocustomize every single thing on their menu so specifically and they absolutely honor it each time I?ve never had my order wrongand I?ll modify and probably have the most annoying order and they never let down !!

My boys have been eating Inside Outs from the original location for years; I had never tried it. Decided to get pizza from the Media, PA location recently and I won't be ordering pizza from anywhere else again it was delicious! I particularly like theDD pizza as it has extra sauce and cheese.
