We placed an order through just eat for collection, and our order was then accepted. We then arrived to collect our order at the time stated, only to find that the place was closed and nobody was answering the phone. We have raised the issue with just eat and have been told that we aren't entitled to a refund as double smash burger have marked the order down as collected, which is impossible as they were closed. Photographs with time stamps have been taken as evidence that the shop was closed when we arrived. Absolutely disgusted, as we've spent £40 and haven't even received the order we've paid for!
