Firstly, let me preface this review by stating that I've actually been a huge fan of this establishment, recommending it countless times to all who enquire about where to find Perth's best pizza. Heck, I even recommend it during conversations regarding other cuisines that...is how much I LOVED Dough. Now we get into the reasons as to why my current review is only 1 star. Today I went there, as I usually do at least every fortnight. But this time was different, and I am beyond disappointed the two pizzas ordered are inedible, worse than even the most disgusting Domino's pizza you could imagine. my friend and I decided to try some pizzas because we had the plan to have a pizza wine wedding. we loved her absolutely! After Italian traveled and spent serious time eating pizza in Citalia, it was so refreshing. real neapolitan pizza in perth! I read some negative comments that the teig was 'too thin and chew', well these basic meatcake eaters probably never leave wa except bali. these young Italians in dough sell the best pizza I had in Australia, and we all landed in our high time with them. prime stuff. the owner of the restaurant even delivered the 20 pizzas free focaccia and churros in his own car. all the best youngs! and many thanks for their service! you rock!
a table for my family and a few friends for my son 11th birthday. had to wait 30 minutes on our table, pizza took the nearly 2 hours with 5 hungry children, who also waited for our table after our order. the personal. had to eat and take with guests. obviously they were out of their ability. capacity inside was exaggerated and under a push against stage 4 covid restrictions with the 2 square meters rule. one, if the worst restaurant I've ever had. had not even happy birthday to sing to our son as the pizzas were so late, we had to get the children home.
I was all excited about this one after reading some of the reviews. Unfortunately it did not live up to my expectations. The thought of wood fired pizza and the aromas filled me with joy but the end result was less impressive. Could be me...but I like a pizza to be crispy base whereas theirs were very soggy. No in house alcohol though don’t mind BYO with corkage charge. Top it off if you ask for water (still) they charge you $6.50 for the whole bottle.

The pizza was great. Really good choices and the quality and taste was excellent. The price was reasonable considering the quality of the food. A small area is available for eating in, and I can assume that it might be difficult to get a table...when they are busy. The only negative is the wait time after ordering and I assume it comes from having a small team (it’s not a big place) and the pizza over does not look very big either.
I searched Perth’s top pizza and found this place to be the closest to me in Northbridge on the list. Was not disappointed the pizza is very good the guys clearly know their stuff. Napoli style thin crust with good puff, proper wood stone oven....No hesitation to return even the price is very reasonable, highlight for me is the smell of the cooking pizza which will make you drool
The pizza was average but my table waited an hour and 15 minutes for our food. we were a table of 12, so understandable it would be slightly longer but it was seriously ridiculous how long we had to wait. We were also overcharged for...extra that my friends didnt get on their plates. It was already very expensive also paid $17 for a basic margarita pizza. Won't be going back.
our pizza had a very thin basic and it was not pleasant to eat from the onegrediant on the top soggy. I had two discs and left the rest. it has only one BYO license with...Corkage costs $3.00 per bottle beer and $7 for each bottle wein. will not go back and will continue to use crust pizzas that are 100% better.

One of the best pizzas we had for a long time. The dough was so good, excellent toppings as well. My son (ciao bello), 6 years old, ate nearly the full pizza. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Strongly recommended if you love good...pizzas
I stopped by when I passed and it melts amazingly! the staff was super friendly and went beyond and beyond to make sure that my waiting was pleasant. Oh, and the pizza was delicious!
