I purchased a $6.50 salted caramel donut from this establishment around 6:30 pm. I inquired about its freshness and was assured by the staff that it was indeed fresh. However, upon tasting it, I found the donut to be extremely hard and inedible. It was the worst and most expensive donut I have ever had. Despite their attractive appearance, the donuts were disappointingly terrible. I attempted to reach out to the owners about my experience but did not receive a response. After reading other reviews on Google, it seems that many others have also received stale donuts. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand. Save your money and avoid this place.

I used to love these donuts back in Sydney so I was super keen to have one cause I really miss them. The donut wasn't fresh and the jam wasn't good. It had a chemical taste, closer to a Haribo candy than anything else.
