Douglas Drive In - Reserva de mesa

This Douglas doesn't deserve to be know as a Douglas joint. Compared to the other Douglas I go to in Whittier on Washington Blvd this place brings them down. I thought because the other ones good this should be too but not. We got a breakfast burrito and some chilli cheese fries and they did not impress. The burrito was mostly tortilla and the chili cheese fries tasted like low quality ingredients. The salsa for the burrito was like a watery sauce made from paprika or cayenne mixed with water and other seasoning perhaps. Disappointed to find out that not all Douglas burgers are same in taste and quality.

I used to come here with my mom when I was a little girl when we lived on Bentongrove, it is a staple of my childhood. My go to order is the club sandwich and zucchini fries and it always hits the spot. I love you Douglas! Thank you for a great meal today and for as long as I can remember

My grandpa always took me here as a kid and to this day we have bonded over Douglas and it has become one of are favorite spots to eat workers are very nice and food has never once been wrong in any sort of way.

The food is good. It is the waiting in line for the drive-tru that does it. Due to the cars, the parking in the small structure is bad. If you dine in your good but it you want to do drive-tru , good luck.
