While the food was mostly good, the service left a lot to be desired. Beef tartare: everything is good except the yolk that 's set too much, It would have better incorporated with other ingredients if it was a bit more liquid. Chicory salad: while the taste and its simplicity is to be loved, one has to realize that it 's Literally 5 chicory leaves with some pomegranate seeds and herbs, 5 tiny pieces of blue cheese, and 5 drizzles of dressing. My main course was halibut accompanied by a tomato salad, some pak choi, and a garlic bread everything was scrumptious with good aftertaste. Resturant concept is nice, service team are friendly and helpful. Chefs and Resturant management still need additional training in terms of communication and food taste development. I had the chance to taste different plates. Some of them are cooked correctly and have clear identity. While other plates like fish which is basic were cooked wrong. It was raw!!! Resturant management once they knew, they didn’t take action or apologize. Therefore, I would still recommend to give them one more chance to see the improvement.

Review is for the bar only. 20 mins to take my order, this is after visiting the bar twice to give my order only to be told to sit down and someone will come to my table.... We were a table of 3 and the only people in the bar. A total of 30 mins sat down before my drink arrived. €7 for a bottled beer that is served without any bar snacks, unheard of in a 5* hotel. Food was ok but as expected, overpriced. Noting I was an in house guest, Hyatt gold member.

No value for the money, it’s such disappointing. The oyster were served not cold, and were chosen without care. The cheese plate was three pieces, or two bites for 17€. Rip off. This is not a place that represents Hyatt standards, kitchen/ restaurant management should be reconsidered and managed differently 3 stars only due to removing the food from the bill Reserva una mesa ahora

inattentive service — recommended for the delicious food • Only two stars for the inattentive service, at that price level not acceptable! They not even said goodbye to our group of 5 people. The food was delicious like always, the chefs know what they are doing 5 stars. Conclusion: we will pause for a while with this restaurant, to be honest.

Fancy restaurant. I ordered grilled octopus, it was delicious. As a starter we ordered 2 burratas and only one of them was fresh. Oyster was nice as well. Crem brule was ok.

Great views, really nice service and decent food. A bit pricey but it's worth the price in exchange for the Rein riverside panorama.
