This was a great experience but was spoiled by employees in a hurry to finish work. Just kind of stumbled onto this place, turns out they have incredible food and a great atmosphere. I was enjoying the whole experience until half way through my meal the waitress approached me right in the middle of a bite with credit card machine telling me you pay now. I said I'm eating can I finish first. She replied we have to close off the machine you pay now. Well I did and was really dumbfounded by the fact I was relaxing trying to finish my meal but at the same time being rushed out the door. Excellent selection of all our favourites! The iPad makes selection foolproof. Not only is there a description of the food, but there is a detailed picture of each dish.We like to order in small batches. That way we makes sure we eat what we order and do not waste food. It also allows us to set the pace of our meal. If we are in a hurry we can order everything at once. If we want a leisurely meal we place our orders accordingly. We like a bit of time between courses. Perfect custom pace!Great atmosphere, excellent service. Only complaint is the acoustics. It tends to be a bit noisy, but not enough to deter us from going and enjoying wonderful Japanese and Thai foods.

We visited this place as a family of four (kids 5&2). It was delicious!! We did the buffet and it is unique in that you have an iPad at your table and order as you go from the iPad and your food is brought out to your table. No need to get up...which is great with young kids especially! Huuuuge selection to fit everyone's taste buds. Note to family's, there is no kids menu or the usual kids type food (chicken fingers, fries, etc) which I wouldn't expect at a place like this anyways. That being said the prices for children are fair. All in all, I can't wait to return, and with the huge menu I won't be eating the same thing twice!

Reading the bad reviews that are all customer service related, I can honestly say I have NEVER had this occur. I have been to this restaurant at least 20 times and yes when they are busy it is a little slower service but there is service. I enjoy the Japanese food and would highly recommend it. If there is an issue with the order in which the food comes out the solution is easy . Order your appetizers first then when you are finished order your main course.

Used to go here monthly, not any longer. The service was not great we felt that we were being ignored. Food came out semi warm, undercooked and had an issue telling the server as they were not very attentive. Not at all good value for the money $52 for 2 for supper without drinks, not good. Servers should check to see if things are OK during the meal but nobody came around.Many other better dining choices available in Belleville

The food is absolutely delicious and I enjoy the convenience of ordering on the iPads. The prices are very affordable, especially during lunch hours. There are plenty of options to choose from.

Love this restaurant! Always have fresh good sushi and new specialty rolls. Plating is always pleasing and service is efficient. Love their house salad and wasabi mussels!

Always go back to the dragon rolls when I allow myself to eat carbs, they have a good variety of non carb options so I can enjoy with the family.

We dine at this restaurant for lunch every couple of weeks because the food is delicious. However, the service is severely lacking.
