Dresser's Arms - Reserva de mesa

We popped in on the off-chance of a table after doing a long walk and were told that it would be fine as long as the table was vacated in hour and a half. The menu is not too large but there is something on there for most tastes, which I prefer as, hopefully, the food is of a higher quality. The staff were first class, very friendly and accommodating, but the food, mm mmmm. My wife had the Sunday roast, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pud and veg, so tender mm, I had cheese pie, chips and veg, a proper pie and great chips mm mm. We shared a sticky toffee pudding with custard, again so good. Great prices, good service and cracking food, not surprised that you need to book, we will be back, booking...

This could be the 8th wonder of the world!! Gently nestled in a quiet village just outside Chorley but behind those doors is the most amazing place. Nicely renovated with place to relax to enjoy the huge selection of ales, gins and wines. Then there is the restaurant that serves food fit for kings and queens. It was one of the best cheese and onion pies I have had and finished off with a huge chunk of sticky toffee pudding, whilst my friend enjoyed a perfectly cooked fillet steak and finished off with the most amazing cheesecake. It is a place to visit and enjoy. I will be back!!

just the dressers were for lunch after a great walk, and what can I say the staff could not have been more attentive, the eating was more than just pub food, we have eaten in some major restaurants around the northwest and beyond and the standard at the dressers was on a par with some of them. I would recommend that you make this a long walk after your lunch stop. it's 10 of me.

I and my partner came to the dressers before a night. the place is beautiful, light and airy and excellently decorated. the meal was absolutely beautiful, the suppe was so good and exactly the correct portion size. my partner really enjoyed his meal too. good home cooked tasting eating . the staff was very friendly. we really enjoyed our visit and will definitely go back. called to speculators and managed to get a table on Friday night. Use the deal for 2, which on. two steaks and chips or option for fish and two drinks. I chose fish and chips, came with muddy heaps and did sauce with a lemon wedge. good size portion, well boiled and service was spot on! good price-performance ratio Friday evening supper, would recommend.

A party of 14 of us came here this evening for my mum’s 88th birthday the carvery was of good quality, plentiful and represented good value. The owner and all his staff were very friendly, attentive and nothing was too much trouble ..thank you, my mum (and the rest of us all enjoyed the experience. Keep up the good work! :

Food is great , people are really friendly and helpful with a good menu and good service . I'm a recent visitor from USA , And very much impressed with all that I experienced while having a few drinks with family members that still live in the area Robert Roocroft I highly recommend this Pub ,

I was finding it very difficult to find somewhere local that does good food and now I've found somewhere. Lovely decor with excellent service, good wine and the Sunday Carvery was delicious, although my plate was full to the brim. Call in on spec for lunch, chose the light bite menu which had a good choice. The food arrived was good, the chips could have been slightly hotter but not a problem. Services was good the staff very friendly. Would like to go at night to,have the main menu. Definitely go again

fantastic lunch served by attentive and happy employees. bee and beetle cake was recommended by a friend and was certainly not disappointed. would recommend to everyone a beautiful place.
