Guest this day on the occasion of a lunch of an association at the restaurant du Golf de Brive la Gaillarde, I regret to strongly contradict all previous opinions on this establishment so the service was poor. Context: a long-standing luncheon for about forty people of a recognized association. I had already tested the middays and I had found an excellent value for money. The card didn't make 10 pages but at least everything I had in the plate was cooked only from fresh products (I asked and it's very good!!! I wanted to test this time the new formula proposed for this Friday night, a unique menu on the theme around the calf. It was excellent, hearty, refined. What a pleasure!!! We had dinner on the terrace in a relaxed atmosphere. A very good time. Close your eyes again.
Restaurant closed on a competition Sunday. Great sun. Competition of children who end at 12:30 and who are hungry... and parents who come from far who have nowhere to settle. Never seen this in a golf course! And when he's open the manager is very unpleasant I caught him talking badly to a child while he was making a joke. Not especially pleasant with adults either to avoid Fake TripAdvisor Sheet that indicates that it is open...
Very good value quality price at the foot of the practices and courses of the Golf de Brive. Menu offered at 13€ on terrace during my week trip with choice of 2 dishes of the day including an excellent tuna at the plancha accompanied by linguines, dessert salad. In general I am satisfied with the concept of the place. On the other hand, Saturday June 22 we left to a bad reception from a girl we had never seen.. she insisted heavily to tell us that it would be long... We know you are short of staff and sometimes it takes a long time.... But there we felt that if we left this new waitress would be satisfied.... Which we did....
Very good table in a charming setting: view of the golf. Traditional dishes are offered at more-than-reasonable prices(9€ such as lamb stew and tuna pave the board... the boss is friendly, the comfortable and very clear room and the spacious and very clean toilets. An experience to renew
For me it's the restaurant at noon where you have to go to eat. The waiter is super nice. The food is very good. Price level is more than correct. And the frame is unpleasant. We don't need to play golf to spend a great time there before we get back to work.
A warm and flexible welcome, a beautiful view of the terrace on nature. The dishes were good. This could be better on the plate presentation, the point to be improved. Great easy to park. Good value for money.
