Tested this Sunday on the occasion of a family meal. We took the menu at 33,50€ with 2 dishes, cheese and dessert, accompanied by an aperitif, a white wine and my favorite gaseous water. I took the foie gras with mushrooms, in main dish the 2 oxen and dessert the chestnut bellow! Besides a little worm and a lover was a very complete meal. Without going back in detail let's say that the shares were generous without being excessive, digestive and very tasteful dishes. The foie gras was very fine, the two pieces of just excellent beef, perfectly cooked, succulent. I recommend them as much as home dessert, a real treat! We dine twice as a hotel's pensioner. A unique menu (entrance-plat-fromage-dessert) 26th with local products, nothing better to delight our taste buds! Special mention to the soufflé with châtaigne for dessert, the veal roast that we have never had so melting and the local cheese tray that offers you a plethoric choice of cow, goat or sheep cheese. All this with a little care staff. The choice of having a single menu is a little frustrating, but that's what certainly guarantees the authenticity and freshness of the products served.
The dishes are representative of the Ardéchoise cuisine with local products, the staff is very courteous. However the restaurant was full, we spent 2 hours at the table, too long to our taste! Even though Grandpa's trout and Grandma's moneys remain our favorites (but not everyone has the chance to be Ardéchois ; , the blueberry pie is very good and there is a wide choice of cheeses, so good address for holidaymakers who want to have a glimpse of regional cuisine.
My parents came in 1979, friends forced them to come in winter and summer, they were Mr. and Mrs. VOLLE, who held the North Hotel. They returned several years in a row, with always the same pleasure, Warm and attentive welcome, Lovely, charming people, that then I had the pleasure of knowing, it was their daughter and their son-in-law who filled the torch. Very good cuisine, value for money super affordable. I want to go back next year.

We had a warm and attentive welcome, very attentive to the guests. The pleasant room on the Garden side, deckchairs available, and without charge we spent a relaxing moment at Jacuzzi and Sauna. We were in half board and the evening meal was very fine and tasteful (products of the region) with a beautiful presentation. We have been enchanted and will certainly return, and above all we recommend the hotel and the restaurant.
For the hotel's non-residential guests, the restaurant is only open three nights a week, the WE. We have to book his table. Very warm welcome. We have dinner 6 times with a renewed pleasure. Successful regional cuisine with always an elegant and refined presentation. An impressive local cheese tray. Value for money perfect for a kitchen of this class! Not to be missed, is worth the detour...
Breakfast is a very complete buffet the bread is delicious. We have dinner 2 nights; meals with a very hearty dish, cheese tray and dessert. Very pleasant and smiling welcome; impeccable service.
