The restaurant of the Sanctuary of the Madonna is first intended for pilgrims, but it welcomes everyone... on a very recommended reservation if I understood correctly it does not open every day. Unique menu (the grincheux will say that the choice is missing) at prices challenging any competition, simple and good family cuisine. In the nearby shop we find the wines (excellent Ventoux) and aperitifs of Father Gil offered at table in addition. A beautiful step whether or not we have faith, with 360° view. In itself the hotel industry is worth the trip, and if you find stars of the Madonna (fossiles of oyster shaped) happiness is complete. I didn't test a room, see the site.
You have to telephone before you go, otherwise, the restorer will only be able to prepare you a 'developing' meal, with what it can have on the moment: a prowess, given the very great variation of the attendance rate... We went there with my daughter, without warning we did not yet know the condition above... : despite all, very good meal 'developing', not to miss the bread lost house !! Very friendly welcome, and very reasonable price.
It was a beautiful site and a beautiful sanctuary. Unfortunately we have learned that the place has been forced to close, i.e., for “unfair competition” vis a vis of the nearest restaurateur... Restorer himself at the origin of this request. But can we really compare a sanctuary to a hotel-restaurant? However, the sanctuary never had anything from a restaurant: was offered a unique dish on order served by volunteers. Sir, what a shame!
We decided to nest during our walk and then we let ourselves be tempted by the price more than attractive of the menu 9€50 for dessert and coffee flat entrance! It is advisable to book but we were able to have lunch. The owners would have let us sting inside despite everything.The meal was simple but good and the friendly atmosphere with a beautiful view.Sale of local products at the request also. It was excellent before, because apparently the entire site (restaurant store sanctuary) has been closed since November 1, 2017 for dark reasons of work for compliance. I'm surprised that a notice could have been given in December 2017. The phone doesn't answer, and everything is deserted. Extraordinary panorama, but if we're hungry, we have to get back on the road!
He wasn't very handsome, he was even raining. We were very kindly received by our host, and without reservation we were entitled to a salad of cruelty with charcuterie and a daube home with polenta. And for 15€ per person with aperitif and coffee. In addition, there is a shop with homemade products: pastis, olive oil, wines, aperitif... We recommend

An unpretentious step allows you to have lunch, a family kitchen, in a friendly service, which bathes in benevolence, kindness and precision.
