Due Amici Pizzeria

So I LOVE the food here the pizza is really great NY style very authentic, good quality toppings. I love that they sell by-the-slice, makes it perfect for a quick lunch or if you take the kids. I've also had several of their hot subs and they are really really good. A big surprise here their chicken parm dinner here is one of the best around even better than the big name' Italian spots its a huge winner. Only reason for missing a star the service. No one in here is ever friendly. They are very matter-of-fact, no smiles, no jokes, I always feel like they're upset to be there. I have to say that as a Dasher I encountered a problem that isn't uncommon as one would think when dealing with a Independent Merchant, but the owner/ MOD of the place is very much dedicated to his customers. If they are home ordering from the comfort of their homes, or in person he displayed a passion for yes attitude that has been uncontested by many of the franchised restaurant owners and staff Based off my experience as a Dasher I would most certainly return here with family, or friends or recommend it to a traveler visiting Charlotte, NC.

The food was ok but not great. I saw a lot of high reviews so we tried it. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and most of the slices had no pepperoni.
