I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Dumpling Haus, a place I had high expectations for. Initially, I placed an order totaling $31 and added a $4 tip for my takeout. Unfortunately, things quickly went downhill from there. After paying with my credit card, I was told there was a network issue that prevented the transaction from going through. They gave me a number for my order and assured me it would be sorted out quickly, leading me to believe my food was being prepared.
Twenty-five minutes later, after watching five different employees struggle with the payment system and repeatedly trying to scan my card, I still had not received my food. Their solution? They suggested I...
Stopped in for carry out, usually it gets ready pretty quick but had to wait 25 mins and when it was ready they got us half right and half wrong foods. When I told them they r not what I ordered she got mad and told me I had to pay more even though they made a mistake. Almost asked to take it out of her tip I gave her but didn’t, haha. Came home and there was barely no sauce to mix in with noodles. Pork dumplings were way salty. It was totally waste of spending almost $60 for fast food.
Delicious food with many vegetarian options, the veg wontons were delicious with their chili sauce; also the veg fried dumplings. The cold peanut noodles were the tastiest! I’d never had bao before, and thought the pork bao was interesting and pretty good, but didn’t care for all the dough; I think if you like bao, you’d be very happy with it. The iced teas were very good, also.
The food is consistently pretty good, albeit expensive for the portions. My main issue is the plastic, which is mentioned in other reviews. In particular, in my takeout orders, the sauce lid melts and spills in the bag frequently because the sauce lid melts. I think they need a better way to pack to-go orders. Vegetarian options: Pretty limited vegetarian options.

Absolutely amazing food! These are the best dumplings we've tasted in town. The taco dumplings are truly exceptional—definitely try them with the pork, which is actually pork belly. Delicious! We also enjoyed the outdoor seating. Not all restaurants in the mall provide that option.
This hidden gem serves impeccable, fresh handmade dumplings. Their green tea drinks are truly refreshing. The dumplings are cooked to perfection and packed with flavor, bursting with umami. They are absolutely delicious. While the menu isn't extensive, it is just right.
This place just rocks. Everything they have is spot on. If you've never had a soup dumpling you haven't LIVED. I've eaten in and had take out and it's just so good
My favorite restaurant in my hometown! Best soup is the Haus Noodle Soup can’t forget the pork stickers!

I tried some noodles and dumplings. No flavor at all. I don't think I am coming back here.
I ordered chicken lo mein and pork shaomai. Both had little to no flavor.
