For lunch, I ordered a Chicken and Roasted Pepper Wrap, a Glazed Chocolate Donut, and a Diet Pepsi. Everything was delicious! I also got an Iced Americano for the drive home, which I thoroughly enjoyed. In addition, I ordered a half dozen donuts along with 10 munchkins. My donuts included Glazed Chocolate, Vanilla Sprinkled, and Jelly, while my munchkins were Glazed Chocolate, Jelly, and Blueberry.
I even brought some home to my parents, and they loved them too! Everything was fantastic, and I'm definitely considering going back. I really hope the management is reading this and thinks about opening a location back in Richmond. I know the perfect spot—where Tim Horton used to be!
Usually a good treat, usually a good drink, but I'm sick and tired of these people closing early. If your sign on the door says 8PM and online says 8PM you shouldn't be closed at 7:35PM. If you have a problem you should tape a sign on the door otherwise be open until your closing time. Teardown and clean up is supposed to be done after your business hours! yes coming from somone who's been in retail services)
I recognize that errors can occur, but my experience was rather disappointing. Initially, I didn't receive my bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. When I tried to reorder using my credits, I ended up with a plain bun instead of a bagel, just topped with bacon, egg, and cheese. To make things worse, it didn't even taste fully cooked.
I always choose the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich for breakfast because it never disappoints. Today, however, I decided to experiment with the toasted almond flavor shot in my latte, and I have to say, it wasn't impressive. I've definitely enjoyed other flavors more!

The drive-thru needs to be repaved; there are several holes, especially at the end after you pick up your food. There's a significant pothole there!
My favorite donut and coffee shop. Oxford is the BEST for Customer service. I grocery shop at Kroger then ALWAYS stop by Dunkin to treat myself.
The donuts are absolutely fantastic, and while the iced latte wasn't as sweet as I had anticipated, it was still really tasty!
Exceptional service! Even though it was very busy, the young man at the counter showed great patience with us.
