Got in this Ethiopian lady started helping me with my order, but she is not paying attention she started talking to someone else I’m asking her to do a caramel blast and she starts doing something else I told her that’s not what I want and she starts yelling at me that Is what I told her but is not because she is not paying attention also starts to curse at me when I’m telling her that she is not giving a good service. They need to do better is my first time coming to this location and not sure if I will come back. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
The coffee here is truly wonderful! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cappuccino; it's fantastic. The service is quick and friendly, allowing for a hassle-free experience. However, I've noticed that some of the food could be fresher, so I would suggest avoiding the ice cream cakes and muffins. If you're visiting, I recommend sticking to the donuts instead!
I enjoyed two donuts and a large iced tea for about $10 to $12 at Dunkin'. It's conveniently located next to Wendy's and a clothes recycling bin, so you can do your part for the environment by donating your old clothes while treating yourself to a delicious donut from Dunkin' and some chicken nuggets from Wendy's. Don't overlook the iced chai latte! This Dunkin' Donuts is quite efficient. They prepare orders accurately and quickly, and I've never had a complaint. I visit here regularly with my mother. The only odd thing is that there’s occasionally a random person sleeping on the sofa seating area.

During my business trip, I needed breakfast and this was the only Dunkin' in the DC area that picked up the phone. They were fantastic, having my large orders ready for pickup two days in a row. Everything was well packed with all the necessary items.
I used to really like this restaurant, but they've covered up some tree roots at this location, and now I don’t plan on going back. This contradicts their claimed eco-friendly values. UPDATE: The tree has been removed; it appears it was cut down.
I really do not enjoy Dunkin Drinks. Their artificial syrups just taste to artificial if that makes since. But the donuts are good and you can buy ice cream cakes!

Whenever I visit, the coffee is consistently fresh. The drive-through windows are clean too. I will definitely be returning. The store is neatly organized.
