First of all this place is located in Warrensburg and not Lake George. I don't know why they feel the need to lie about the location but anyhow. I travel from Lake George to Bolton every morning and stop in Warrensburg usually to go to McDonalds but sometimes I don't make it in time for the breakfast menu which cuts off at 10:30 so my backup plan is Dunkin which is right next door to McDonalds. Horrible wait times. It's a gamble whenever you come to this location. 2 cars in front of you at the drive-thru? Maybe you'll wait 10 minutes or maybe you'll wait 30 minutes. The longest I've ever waited at this location was 1 hour for subpar quality. Most of the time if there's a line with over 6 cars you'll be waiting upwards of 45 minutes. As I'm writing this I'm the 5th car in line and we haven't moved in 25 minutes. 3 people in front of me in the line just backed up and drove away. The car at the window still hasn't moved. Oh my goodness... what a mess! They seriously need to hire people who can read. I was the fourth car in line and waited 25 minutes. I should have just driven through like the person in front of me, who verified their order and paid without any issues. When I finally got my food, I was still waiting for my Basic XL hot coffee with cream only. They tried to give me iced coffee, and I politely told them that I wanted hot coffee. The ONLY reason this Dunkin is getting a high rating is because of the manager working on 9/4 at around 2pm. We ordered on the app, and after waiting about 10 mins we find out their espresso machine was down. While we were bummed about this, the manager offered to give us a snack of our choice to make up for it. The manager was very kind and apologetic. However, I was completely ignored while I stood their waiting for my drinks. While the manager did a nice thing, that doesn’t make up for the rest of the staff. The environment is also a bit dingy looking. You can tell they’re struggling.

I visited the drive-thru at Dunkin', and I was looking forward to it. However, even though we were the first and only car there, it took over 20 minutes to receive our order. We got our food at the window but then had to wait an additional 10 minutes for our coffee, only to discover that the employee had forgotten to make it and was already focused on another order. If you're in a hurry, I wouldn't recommend coming here. Based on other reviews, it seems that this kind of wait time isn't unusual for this location…
This Dunkin' Donuts is excellent, though there are moments when the service can lag a bit. This is primarily due to their limited space, staff, and high volume of drive-thru orders. The drive-thru service is fairly quick, but if you decide to go inside, you might experience a longer wait since the area is quite compact. However, the quality of the food and drinks is outstanding; the only downside is the speed of service.
There are no words to describe how disrespectful the employees here are. Since when did swearing at customers become acceptable?
The coffee was hot and the service was quick. However, the bagels were quite tough.
