This restaurant has very inconsistent hours, as they seem to open whenever they feel like it. Each day, you have to guess whether they'll open at 5:30 am, 6:00 am, or even later. Moreover, when the staff does arrive, they often spend time on their phones instead of getting the restaurant ready. It's frustrating to see such a lack of professionalism, and I find myself wondering who the manager is.
I come here at least 3 times a week. Right before I go to work around 1:50 PM everyday. I get the best coffee here. I?ve tried others and it?s not the same. The service is top notch especially when I go right before 2 PM. Always fast and they make mycoffee just how I like it. I don?t care if I have to drive 15-30 minutes I?ll go here.
I had a disappointing experience with the drive-thru service. The employee seemed disinterested, didn’t show any appreciation, and displayed a rude attitude. I won’t be returning. The service was poor, and there’s definitely a need for staff improvement. If people aren’t willing to put in the effort, they should consider staying home.
6:30 Wednesday. Went through the drive through and the guy working did not take our order. This has happen multiple times at night. You are sending customers to Krispy Kreme. If this is a franchise you need new management. Reserva una mesa ahora
