Dunkin' - Reservar una mesa

Horrible experience. Place looks beautiful on the outside but service is horrible. When we got to the counter the cashier looked at us and did not even acknowledge us. I understand he was getting a box of donuts together for another customer who wasn?tanywhere near us but at least he could have said ?I will be with you in a moment?. He looked more annoyed. I watched him putdonuts in the box wearing gloves (covered in coffee). He then proceeded to fix his belt and his pants with the same gloves onthen touch everything around him to only then make our avocado toast with the same gloves on. I also noticed other employeesdoing the same thing. Not one changed their gloves between making food and fixing their hair touching their faces and ect. Alsothe amount of flies in the store outnumbered people in the store. They were all over donuts and food items. This is not just anannoyed customer complaint it?s a health hazard. I could make my own coffee and my own avocado toast but I also should expectgood service when I am paying extra for convenience.

My favorite coffee, hot or iced?.I?m not happy with Riveredge Main Street, Dunkin Donuts coffee, as it?s my second visit in the last week, and both times I and my wife noticed the coffee is bitter!! Maybe the machine needs a good cleaning!!! I won?t gothere again!!

Not very sanitary. Most employees don?t wear gloves and the one that did switched from register to making coffee without switching the gloves. They also use the cup to scoop ice which is unsanitary and the garbage was overflowing.

Both of my coffees were made incorrectly. The cream was sour in one of the cups, while the other had a taste that made me think of sink water.

I drive over to this location past the 1 in my town because the service is that much bettwr
