I will not be returning to this restaurant. One of the customers was frustrated because she had ordered a cake two weeks prior that was never made, despite having spent a significant amount of money on it. The staff appeared flustered, and the girl who took my order repeatedly made errors at the register. When she prepared my drink, she asked if it looked okay. I suggested she give it a shake, and upon tasting it, I noticed there was way too much matcha in it. The girl seemed to be waiting for my approval, but I simply remarked that it was fine. When I inquired about the bagel I had ordered, she suddenly remembered she had forgotten it and ended up making it undercooked. It was evident that...
I've visited this Dunkin' several times, and generally, my experiences have been fine. However, my most recent visit was not up to par. When I approached the counter, the attendant walked away and took a considerable amount of time to return, leaving a long line behind me. I placed a straightforward order for 18 donuts. The attendant used flat boxes, which made it easy to pack—12 fit in the large box and 6 in the small one. Unfortunately, when I arrived in Farmingdale and opened the boxes, I discovered I only had 17 donuts. I was too far away to go back, and since I only opened the boxes once I was on the road, I couldn't address the issue in time. This visit was disappointing.
As far as Dunkin Donuts go... this location is totally fine. Standard Dunkin fare. Employees are friendly. App Orders are made pretty quick. Two entrances, so its easy enough to pop in and out to avoid crowds. However, stopping in regularly the last 6 months since its closest to home, have regularly observed different employees not wearing masks over their noses. Have witnessed them serve someone who came in without a mask and didnt say anything. I know when covid is over this review will look silly, but for those trying to stay as safe as they can in dangerous times.... enter at your own risk.

I went into this location today like normal and order an iced coffee(which is always great). I saw a lady at the register that had no mask on, the employee continued to help her. I'm glad there were only two other customers in the store, but I'm upset they did not ask that customer to put a mask on. When I got to the register, I mentioned it to the employee and the person ignored my comment of You should really tell her she needs to wear a mask in here We are in the middle of a pandemic and this location clearly does not give a single sh*t about it. Nice job Dunkin.
We've been here 3-4 times and usually they are out of many flavors of ice-cream, or one time they were serving out of the quart to-go containers. Not sure why they can't seem to keep flavors stocked, so we've changed to a nearby local shop which has better variety. Prices are a little high for what you get, and for the donuts/muffins too.
I go there every Sunday morning. Today not only did I not get my drink, the boy making it decided to make a drink I never even ordered. Instead I asked for just a large hot decafe coffee light with milk. All I got was a hot coffee with nothing else. So disappointed in the service.
The staff is fine, but the coffee often has a burnt taste and the baked goods leave much to be desired. The donuts and muffins usually seem stale, and they often run out of muffins. Despite only being 2 minutes from my house, I now choose to drive to the one in Bellmore instead.

I usually don't write negative reviews, but I found a used paper towel in my drink. When I requested a new drink, I was dismissed with "it's just a paper towel" and laughed at.
I appreciated the friendly service, but I stopped by on Wednesday evening at 9:45 PM and found that they were already closed.
