Dunkin' - Reservar una mesa

Drive up line was out to the street, so we chose to park and order to go. BIG mistake... The drive thru would've been much faster. There was only one person at the register, and the line was 8 deep. Every time a Grub Hub order would come in, all in person ordering stopped. The order that stopped me was $60, and it took the poor girl 5 minutes to enter. It took me 25 minutes to get a coffee, two donuts and a breakfast sandwich. My wife said she watched about 12 people walk up, stop and then leave. I don't know why the drive thru was so much faster, but they really need to rebalance their staff so customer service is more equitable.

I am not happy with Dunkin's new normal at all. This is not the first time I have gone through the drive-thru and not received my correct order. I am frustrated with paying for something and not getting what I actually ordered. There is a big difference between a protein shake with sweetener and a bagel with egg, cheese, and bacon. This is completely unacceptable.

I had a mistake in my order at this restaurant. When I raised the issue, they resolved it promptly and with great assistance. I usually avoid complaining, but I was relieved and grateful to be heard and helped so quickly. It meant a lot to me.

The best Dunkin in town. I go to dunkin.. a lot. I have been to just about every dunkin in des moines as well as the surrounding area. This dunkin is always the fastest, most reliable stop.

This is a good Dunkin. Staff is friendly, I don't have to worry about my coffee being different each time I order it either. They are usually busy in the morning but they handle it well.

By downloading the app, I was able to get a free coffee with my breakfast. Everything was ready when I got there minutes after ordering. Staff is friendly and helpful.

my apple fritter was delicious and we had good service. but the coffee the ground for our visit was not hot and my latte had a bitter taste and bad smell.

This restaurant offers very poor quality food at high prices. I would have preferred to buy a day-old sandwich from a convenience store instead.

Best coffee ever in my opinion. Donuts are good. Staff is friendly and work like a well oiled machine
