This used to be my favorite Dunkin' location, but it seems there has been a change in the staff. I visit often and usually don’t mind when mistakes happen. However, during my last visit, I ordered two pieces of the new toasted banana bread, only to find that they were frozen when I received them. I asked them to warm it up again, which was fine. Then I ordered two drinks, and by the time we took a sip, they were completely wrong, and we were already at our destination.

I asked for avocado toast with bacon. I got avocado toast with BACON. Every other Dunkin location I visit, they give me the bacon bits spread out over the toast and the avocado is smooth. At THIS location (staff is cool .. cutie pie girl with the 'J ' necklace is nice young man with the deep voice is a good worker as well as I was saying...I ask for the toast at the PARK AVE location, and this is what I got. The 1st pic is how it NORMALLY looks.The second picture is wtf? ? they remodeled the building, and the staff which is cool, but at least show the guy how to do the damned toast??
Walked in and I was greeted as hey sweetie how are you by the Young worker. I place my order she was laughing was not paying attention to my order said that she wasn't laughing at me and I had to repeat my order again. I felt uncomfortable and found that she was very unprofessional. When I asked for donut I was told not to order any donuts from there. What is that. Unfortunately I will not be visiting that dunkin' donuts again...
Missed half of my order, lied to the Uber drivers and even turn off their phones at morning. I worked at Dunkin for 3 years never this bad and lazy. The one on maple Ave is better!!!!

Today I did not have time to go back but my snackin vacon was so burnt I could not eat it. So burnt it just crumbled when I touched it. NOT happy today ?
I had the worst drive-thru experience ever. I waited nearly 30 minutes just to get my coffee and hash browns.
The coffee is Always hot, always fresh and the people that work here are super friendly!
There was no soap in the restroom, and there were no napkins available on the counter.
