Please don't add more than one ingredient to enhance the flavor of your coffee even though you are paying. If you do, it will confuse and anger the staff and she will give you the extra products in mini cups so you can fix your coffee (because she doesn't know how you want your coffee to taste) the way you like it. Some may not mind this option, but I do. The staff gets paid to prepare orders per the patrons request. Patrons should not have to remake their coffee while standing at the front door. I won't highlight on the number of stale donuts I have purchased and tossed without eating from this location. Lady (looks young) who works here this morning as I got in my car was sitting next to the front window smoking with a vape. I have it on video of her blowing the vape out of her mouth she quickly puts it down as she sees my camera on her. It was at 7:30am on 10/4/22. The other girl was wearing a thrasher shirt but it’s the girl without that shirt. Not very friendly to customers either. This is disgusting. Go outside the store and do it. The owners should be ashamed. There was one poor girl working by herself, and she was overwhelmed with a long line of customers while receiving no assistance. You could hear people in the back, yet no one came to help her. She was left to handle everything on her own, and customers were getting frustrated from waiting. Many wanted to order food but didn't want to hold up the line any longer.
I really don't like this Dunkin' location. I've been there three times because it has a drive-thru and is right next to a bagel shop I love, but it consistently disappoints. The coffee is always bitter, which suggests they don't refresh it often enough.

I've never had my order messed up here. The staff is incredibly fast and efficient. Although there are usually 3-4 cars in line for orders, the wait moves along swiftly.
This place is always empty in the morning so plenty of parking, but it is the slowest Dunkin on 22.Do yourself a favor and stop at next one.
This Dunkin is super unprofessional! Every time I order ahead on the app my it is either made incorrectly or not ready. Worst Dunkin Ever.
