First time there stood at the register got look at a few times but was never ask how can I help you? The lady with the huge eyelashes was right there, nearly in my face but not a word, just a look. I even asked if they were still serving breakfast.. still not a word. It's OK, tho this Dunkin isn't the type of establishment we will be patronizing or recommending to anyone in the near future because we never even got to taste or smell any of their products. WE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO JUST WALK OUT!?
The service here is very slow. I had to wait in line without receiving any assistance. After finally getting my food, I sat by the window waiting for my coffee, which had been left on the counter while the server walked off to tend to other tasks for several minutes. When they returned, they handed me the coffee as if it had just appeared. They really need to improve their efficiency to avoid keeping customers waiting for no good reason.
I placed an early morning order for pickup to ensure they'd have the donuts I wanted. Well when I got there, they didn't have ANY of the donuts I ordered. So I went ahead got some of what they did have. When I got home, the donuts that I did get were OLD. So I wasted my money AND my time.
Ordered DoorDash from them for breakfast, my order arrived and it’s not at all what I ordered. My sandwich had no cheese and I ordered sausage and received bacon. My coffee was cold, and didn’t have the flavors I asked for or any coconut milk, it was just black coffee… Reserva una mesa ahora
3 tries to get my coffee right. The original order was wrong, then it came back twice in the same cup and wrong both times. I don't order anything fancy lg hot 3 cream, 3 sugar.
Don't waste your time. The walk in lobby is closed. The drive thru is open but the line is long and very slow. It's probably because they have no workers!
Great breakfast! The hashbrowns were a bit overcooked, but still tasty. The coffee was excellent. I’d definitely be willing to come back.
The front door always opens late, and they don't have doughnuts. It doesn't feel welcoming, and it seems like the owner doesn't care. Reserva una mesa ahora
