Never in my life have I been treated so horrible at an establishment.I use the app to get the point to eventually redeem for a freebie here and there. Today at 2:31 pm a young man, who gave me the name Nu-Nu, told me that they no longer make ice coffee for the coffee you get to redeem for the points. The woman working this morning at the counter taking the orders was phenomenal! didn't know anything about how to use the point system or anything on the app and she just walked me through it real quick, but it really showed her taking the excellent extra initiative when it wasn't necessary and I'm deeply grateful.
